More About Our Chapter
Navigators Chapter 261 was founded in July 2019 with 5 families. We are hosted by the Arboretum at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Cherry Hill, NJ. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of each month for 1 hour. Our troop has children from 5-13 in levels called Stargazers, Junior Navigators, and Navigators (or Senior Navigators). Our multilevel group works on skills together allowing for leadership opportunities from our more experienced members.
We welcome all families with children that would like to learn outdoor skills and maintain the traits and Moral Compass outlined above.
Navigators Chapter 261 is lead by Jen Rossi and Seth Munoz with the help of dedicated adult members and volunteers.
We do fundraising throughout the year to help cover costs of materials, insurance, uniforms, badges, and activities.
